Full Moon After Care
During the Full Moon, release what no longer serves you—old patterns, fears, and energy. Shed and let go, making space for clarity, transformation, and renewal.
Cleanse: Use Dragon Blood Sage and/or other cleansing herbs to clear and celebrate.
Tea Time: Drink warm water with lemon and honey while listening to music that encourages emotional release.
Celebrate: Circle the goals you’ve manifested from your New Moon list and celebrate by affirming, “We are capable of all that we desire.”
Reflect/Process: Identify shadows or weaknesses next to goals that haven’t manifested.
Shadow work: Acknowledge each shadow or weakness and release it with the affirmation: “We clear our space, time, and body of what no longer serves us. We have let go and grow.”
Deep Breathing: Breathe deeply to release any remaining blockages or heaviness.
Continue this routine up until the New Moon.
